Tuesday 5.30am 30mins: Cardio boxing. Unpper body cardio
Tuesday 6.00am 30mins: Resistance focusing on toning and strengthening legs
Thursday 5.30am 30mins: Full body resistance class.
Thursday 6.00am 30mins: Full body cardio class. Hard and fast.
Saturday 7.00am 60mins: Cardio boxing class with core work mixed in
Saturday 8.00am 30mins: Full body recovery class.
